Having not been from a wealthy family, when Mitch was seven years old a neighbour loaned him an acoustic guitar for one year. The deal was, if Mitch was able to commit himself to a year of studies with the guitar, his parents agreed to buy him his very own. One year later, both ends of deal were met, Mitch got his first acoustic guitar. He played that guitar for the next six years until he got his hands on his very own electric guitar. Since then, Mitch has gone on to play on stage with Rik Emmet (of Triumph), sit and play next to Greg Howe (guitarist for Michael Jackson), and co-found french group “JAAM” (released the single “Le Goût de Chanter” and performed “L’arbe est dans ses feuilles” on children’s TV show “Mini TFO”. With his diverse musical upbringing including everything from Dolly Parton to Led Zepplin, Mitch can wow an audience with the classics, or make them smile with his original songs.
“Sam Weber’s expansive blend of driving rock, dream pop, and roots influences is a testament to fierce ambition.”
