Traditionally known for is soulful rock ballads, Jevon has finally made the move to country. “I have always loved Country, but just never thought a young Black man from Toronto would be taken seriously in the field.” Jevon would love to bring Country back to a black audience. And with his powerful vocals, insightful lyrics, and smooth style, he is the closest thing to an “inclusionary” voice that we have heard in a very long time. A voice destined to Rock the New Country Charts, for a very long time.
Friday & Saturday, May 10 & 11 – Eric Eggleston:
Just before the dawn of Facebook, the Eric Eggleston Band toured and performed all over, including the US, across Canada, Scandinavia and in Killarney, Ireland, where they had the pleasure of performing at Sir Elton John’s afterparty.
Since then, Eric’s created a production house, Johnny Hall Productions, where he collaborates, writes and produces tracks with artists in many genres. Eric recently released an album titled “The Human Crush.” Top Of The Hill from the album was featured in an episode of TNT cop show Rizzoli & Isles and the track ‘Listen To Your Bodycells’ can be heard lots here on Ottawa radio.
