?Parford events & FMG Collective Bring You: INTERSECTION XVII | FRIDAY THE 13TH EDITION??
This month’s Intersection will be a very grimy & filthy edition as we will all be spending FRIDAY THE 13TH together. With a stacked lineup of DJs from Ottawa/Gatineau and ranging from DnB, Halftime, Dubstep, Trap, Riddim, it’ll be very hard to prepare yourselves for this Madness of an event?
Trenchfoot: (BIG TOOTH RECORDS)
The Trench Foot project was crafted in the forest’s of Ontario and has developed strange sounds for many years now. Expect many styles of heavy bass music and dark landscapes. The first Trench Foot Ep release is out now on Big Tooth Records and you can find the second as well as other recent single’s on the Trench Foot Soundcloud page.
OVR/UNDR is the solo project of dubstep DJ/producer Trevor Tompkins. Having already graced the stages of îleSoniq and Escapade Music Festival, he has also had the pleasure of opening for Kill the Noise, Kayzo, Young Bombs and Alan Walker under his last project. The name may be new, but you can bet that OVR/UNDR will bring a fast paced, high energy and heavy hitting set from start to finish.
PRAI$E might be new to the scene, but he’s damn good at hiding it. This Montreal and Toronto raised DJ has what it takes to give you not only face melting doubles and triples but also body moving chunes, digging in not only Riddim and Dubstep, but Deep Dubstep and Drum and Bass as well. Be prepared because his set is gonna be everything but holy??
Catherine Fournier with the nickname of cathoucat, aged 22, from gatineau. You saw her at BIGBANG by offline entertainment in Gatineau and at its first show a year ago for collective fmg for the opening of dr.ozi in Ottawa.
She is back in force more determined than ever to realize her dream of breaking into the world of bass music!
Pete Shredz: (Capital Jungle, Jungle Rave)
Pete Shredz love for DnB & Jungle music started at a young age getting early exposure to the music from traveling to the UK as a kid and hearing the early sounds of the genre. Though not submersed in the rave scene when growing up in Toronto he started listening to various electronic genres to grow his love for the sound. Shredz moved to Ottawa in 2012 and came onto the scene in 2013 and has been rinsing tunes with his high energy mixing of the full spectrum of drum n bass & jungle since.
