Big Side by Side Gig vol.3: Pre-Pouzza Edition @ Black Squirrel

Ottawa Showbox and CHUO 89.1 FM present:

THURSDAY MAY SIXTEENTH at House of TARG and Black Squirrel Books & Espresso Bar…

Catch a pile of amazing punk bands all heading to Montreal for Pouzza Fest!

at BSB:
Steve Adamyk BAND:

local garage punk stalwarts

LONE WOLF (edgy pop punk from the Netherlands!)

Meet the latest addition to the Rotterdam punk rock scene LONE WOLF. Formed by (ex-) members of Accelerators, The Apers and The Bat Bites, the band is fronted by the charming Merel Schaap, they play melodic punk rock heavily influenced by garage and indie rock.

PRETTYBOY (Toronto grungey punk)

PRETTYBOY is a four-piece snarly post punk, grunge influenced band from Toronto, ON. They are the unspoken angst inside everyones head. Highlighted by catchy chord progressions and consenting light slaps to the face, these women just do what they want!

at TARG:
DeeCRACKS (Austrian Ramones-core)
Pseudo (Toronto power trio)
Expert Timing (sunny pop punk from Florida!)
Fresh Hell (local “fest punk” darlings)
